Tendle
Terms and conditions
Last updated: 21 May 2026
These terms are a practical starting point for use of Tendle. They are intended to protect the service and its users while the product is being shaped with early customers.
Using Tendle
You may use Tendle only if you are invited, authorised to access the workspace you use, and able to comply with these terms. You are responsible for the information you add and for making sure you have the right to store or connect it.
Accounts and workspaces
Keep login details secure, use accurate account information, and tell us or your workspace administrator if you believe an account has been compromised. Workspace owners are responsible for managing users, permissions and content in their workspace.
Acceptable use
You must not use Tendle to break the law, send spam, upload malware, infringe rights, misuse email accounts, attempt unauthorised access, overload the service, or store content you are not entitled to process.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you add to Tendle. You give us the permission needed to host, process, display, back up, transmit and secure that content so the service can operate.
Email and integrations
If you connect an email account or other service, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. Tendle may cache, index or display information from connected services to provide the app experience.
Availability and changes
Tendle may change as features are added, refined or removed. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during early-access development.
Backups and exports
We may provide backup, restore or export tools. You remain responsible for keeping any additional records or backups your business or personal situation requires.
No professional advice
Tendle helps organise work and life admin. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.
Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are breached, if security is at risk, if payment or invitation terms are not met, or if the service is withdrawn. We will try to act reasonably where circumstances allow.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tendle is provided without broad guarantees. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business, loss of goodwill, or losses caused by misuse, third-party services, or data entered by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Contact
Questions about these terms should be sent through the contact route supplied with your invitation or workspace administrator.
This is starter wording for the product and should be reviewed before public launch.
